Len McIntosh has over 3 decades of public service starting when he enlisted in the U.S. Army and joined the Signal Corps.  After completing his military service he went on to serve the citizens of the State of Washington as an Information Technology specialist and worked his way up through the ranks providing IT services and technical leadership.  As Len built his own professional career and educational foundation, his reputation grew and he has become a sought-after expert in process improvement, team building, supervision essentials, diversity and inclusion, project management, performance management, and peer mentorship.  Len is often asked to participate in cross-agency and statewide project coordination.  He currently manages an IT Security Team leading a group of Identify and Access Management professionals.  Len is active in the community and specializes in the development needs of non-profit and faith-based organizations.
